Auntie Vivica Fox mumbled a little too loud about the wrong somebody. Vivica spoke a few unkind words concerning Monica’s elite style choice during her BET Awards 2010 performance…Well first off I’m not even sure why Auntie Vivica was even invited to speak on fashion any damn way. *sigh* But, that was clearly BET’s error in judgment or a lack of available fashionistas. Anywho. Monica was somewhat hurt by Vivica’s unkind words and took to her Twitter page. However, sooner than later the two women spoke and all is well. But, Vivica really though?! Auntie Vivica doesn’t really get it…meaning the magnitude and love that we have for Mo. We don’t play when it comes to Monica. Not at all. First you talk crazy about Lisa Raye and now Monica?! Auntie Vivica, guuuuurrrrlllll buh-bye now. And, yes I am all the way turned up about this foolishness!

Morning diamonds and gems! I promised a detailed recap of the blingness that was the BET Awards 2010. Clutch your pearls and fly gold chains and let’s see who had did what.
The pre-show was cool. And, Monica won the first BET Award of the evening. I thought her pre-show outfit was cute. Trey Songz and his beautiful mommy, April, showed up. And, Cali Swag performed my jam…Teach Me How To Dougie and Dougie Fresh graced the staged. Loved that!
Now onto the actual awards.
Kanye West opened up on damn top of a mountain. I loves me some Ye but hated that set forever and some days. Queen Latifah as much as I appreciate the Queen her hosting was wack at least to me. Oh yeah and UrSher aka Usher Raymond did perform…I think I got up to fix me a plate. Nothing there folks. His performance was lack luster and that may be oh too kind. State property is where he shall dwell for now. Tip…did y’all see Tip…loved it but y’all already knew I would say that. And, Willow Smith loved T.I.’s performance as well as she sat on the edge of her seat and rocked out. She’s such a little cutie.
Alicia Keys looked absolutely amazing pregnancy certainly looks fab on her. Her performances were really good. Especially during the tribute to Prince when she climbed on top of the piano and wowed the crowded. Keri Hilson?! The jury is really still out on her and Jada’s outfit. Beleedat! Keyshia Cole…ummm whomever her stylist is they damn sho’nuff needs to be fired like yesterday. Of course it was good to see her but then again what look was she trying to pull off because she missed the mark. Her hair…me no likey…but her baby daddy was looking a whole lot of fine! I wish KCole all the best. Next.
The Michael Jackson Tribute was nice…Chris did the damn thang minus the emotional breakdown. Monica and Denise Williams performing together was absolutely epic. Loved that forever. Diddy and Dirty Money?! Okay and next. Diddy is always over the damn top. And, the smoke machine…was it broke? LMAO. Way too much smoke Diddy. Nicki Minaj was Nicki Minaj. The Prince Rogers Nelson Tribute was epic!!! Trey’s performance was cool…I know he is getting a lot of flack for his cover of Purple Rain…but he tried. I like Trey:) Drake’s performance was cool…glad to see Young Jeezy join him. And, there you have it. The awards recapped. And just in case you missed them. They will air again this evening.
